Mengurangkan sindrom Morning Sickness
Amalkan makan kismis 21 biji setiap pagi. Seelok2nya, sebelum makan sarapan.
Anyway I get this info from a friend of mine, Fauzi Khanan. Kes forward2 email lah ni. Actually dalam email dia kata, it is a Sunnah Nabi. Amalan ini jika diamalkan hanya penyakit maut je akan dapat. Maksudnya kita sihatlah kan..I tested it during my early stage preggy. Masa tgh mabuk2 and kurang tenaga hari tu. This amalan really2help me A LOT. After a week diamalkan, I do not hv anymore morning sickness. Tapi, ada satu hari tu, tak makan kismis..apa laei..lombik badan ni.
So, until right now I keep on amalkan kismis ni. One more thing, normally, during preggy kan, women skin selalu jadi kasar and macam tak bermaya (pale). I am quite confidence, kismis really help to boost the skin. What I can say is, if you amalkan kismis ni kita tetap cantik lahhh..ceh..ceh..ceh..
Kalau health book mat salleh selalu kata chocalate is the faster booster for energy. Emm..korang cuba pulak kismis..this one I guarantee you it's faster than chocolate.
